Skin Rejuvenation - Microneedling and PRP From $650+
Microneedling promotes skin rejuvenation, slows effects of aging, and reduces scarring from acne and past surgical incisions in areas such as the face, neck, décolletage, and hands. Microneedling can be done alone, or in combination with platelet rich plasma (PRP, see above). In combination, synergistic effects of advanced cell turnover and collagen production are stimulated. PRP can also be used on the scalp to promote hair regrowth. Microneedling alone is offered as a package of 3 treatments, typically 4-6 weeks apart, starting from $675. Microneedling + PRP single sessions start at $650.

-
Sebaceous/Epidermoid Cyst or Lipoma Removal From $175+
Pricing is dependent on location and size/depth of the lesion. Schedule a free consult for final quote.

Trigger Point Injection $135
Trigger points are taut and hyperirritable, locally and sometimes radiating, painful bands of muscular tissue, often from chronic microtrauma and/or overuse postures. Our body often sees pain as something to protect us from, and triggers even more spasm to "protect" the area . . . starting a vicious cycle. There are many different treatments for these, including posture correction, physical and ultrasound therapies, and injections. Injecting trigger points combines the benefit of "needling" the area to mechanically disrupt and reset the area, and delivering lidocaine to interrupt the pain-spasm cycle. Fee includes injection of up to 4 trigger points; $20 each additional trigger point.
-
Partial Toenail Removal for Ingrown Nail $195
Recurrently painful, or inflamed and infected, nail edges from ingrown toenails? This procedure removes the edge that is stirring up trouble and aims to destroy the nail bed in this location attempting to prevent regrowth and effectively narrow the total nail area to reduce skin irritation and infection risk along the sides.
-
Joint, Bursa, Neuritis Injection - Steroid $135
Steroid Injection can reduce pain and inflammation, and is commonly used for rotator cuff tendinosis or subacromial bursitis, knee or thumb joint arthritic pain, outer hip (trochanteric) bursitis and carpal tunnel inflammation. Steroid use is a temporizing therapy. Best utilized along side a comprehensive physical therapy plan and activity modifications. It does not fix the underlying pathology - rather the goal is to improve quality of life and function, reduce need for oral pain relievers, allow the body more time to heal while working through therapy measures or serve as a pain control bridge until surgical plans are completed for more significant troubles. It can reduce pain for several weeks to months in many patients.
-
Joint, Bursa, Tendon, Neuritis Injection - Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) From $575+
PRP is processed from a patient's own blood to create a concentration of platelets with growth factors and signaling factors that promote natural healing and can improve pain control. Most common uses are for injured tendons and ligaments, and injured or mild-moderately osteoarthritic joints. Evidence is best for conditions such as knee arthritis, plantar fasciitis, and elbow tendinitis (epicondylitis). PRP does not contain steroid medication. While, like steroid options, PRP can reduce inflammation and pain, it can also actively promote healing and regenerative factors that steroid cannot. Improvement can last several months to a year in many patients.

Wound Healing - Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) Please Contact Us
PRF is a therapy that can speed wound healing for diabetic ulcers, chronic and acute wounds and areas of skin that are left to gradually heal in following dermatologic procedures (such as after some skin cancer removals). It is a platelet concentrate derived the patient's own blood which contains growth factors and fibrin matrix. PRF serves as a regenerative resorbable membrane to aid healing.
